Role Overview : -
As an International Sales Executive at SLTL Group, you will play a vital role in expanding our global presence by identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving international revenue growth for our advanced laser and engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Drive international business development across target markets (Europe, Middle East, Asia, Americas, etc.)
- Identify, approach, and close deals with global clients, distributors, and channel partners
- Present technical product solutions (Laser Systems, Medical Devices, Diamond Tools, etc.) to clients in a consultative manner
- Participate in international exhibitions, roadshows, and webinars representing SLTL’s solutions
- Prepare sales proposals, pricing, and commercial documentation in coordination with internal teams
- Monitor competitor activities and share feedback for strategy alignment
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for pre- and post-sales support
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade requirements
- Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and MIS as required
Candidate Profile : -
2–5 years of proven international B2B sales experience in capital machinery / high-tech equipmentExposure to engineering or laser technology products preferredExcellent communication and negotiation skills with cross-cultural understandingAbility to understand technical specifications and demonstrate product valueProficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and global sales documentationWillingness to travel internationally (30–50% travel expected)Strong follow-up and customer management capabilitiesEducation : -
