We’re on a mission to make learning creative skills fun, accessible, and impactful for kids across the globe.Role Overview : The Curriculum Strategy Head will lead the planning, design, development, and implementation of high-quality curricula across all learning programs. This role involves close collaboration with subject matter experts, instructional designers, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure the curriculum is engaging, outcome-driven, and aligned with educational standards and learner needs.Key Responsibilities : Curriculum Strategy & Planning : Define and drive the overall curriculum vision, strategy, and roadmap.Ensure curriculum aligns with pedagogical goals, market expectations, and learner outcomes.Curriculum Development : Oversee the development of lesson plans, learning materials, assessments, and teacher guides across multiple subjects or categories.Design learner-centric, interactive, and progressive content for both online and offline formats.Team Leadership & Collaboration : Lead and mentor a team of curriculum developers, content writers, and subject matter experts.Facilitate training and upskilling of the curriculum team on pedagogy and design tools.Quality Assurance & Review : Ensure all content meets quality benchmarks, including accuracy, age-appropriateness, engagement, and inclusivity.Regularly review and revise curriculum based on learner feedback, academic results, and evolving standards.Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with marketing, operations, category, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution of curriculum initiatives.Interface with external educators and consultants when needed.Innovation & Research : Stay updated with the latest in education technology, pedagogy, and global curriculum trends.Introduce innovative teaching-learning methodologies and tools to enhance content delivery.Key Requirements : - MBA from Tier-1- 4-6 years of experience in consulting or program management with at least 2 years in leading projects and teams.- Understanding of learning theories, instructional design, and digital content creation is preferred; experience with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia content development is a plus.- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.- Passion for education and learner success.
