Human Resources (HR) Internship in Pune (Hybrid)

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Drafting, updating, and publishing internship and job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.)
• Coordinating interview schedules with candidates and interviewers, sending reminders, and maintaining trackers
• Engaging with employees daily to track attendance, update work reports, and assist with HR-related tasks
• Assisting with documentation, report preparation, and HR database management
• Supporting the onboarding process by welcoming new interns / employees, sharing orientation material, and resolving queries
• Drafting official emails, notices, and updates related to HR and recruitment
• Participating in team meetings, suggesting improvements, and gaining hands-on exposure to HR practices
