Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a HR and Operations Coordinator - Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting with HR operations, managing employee benefits, utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and assisting with other HR management tasks. The role will also include coordinating various administrative operations within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations and Human Resources (HR)
• Encouraging Freshers and those in last semester to apply
• Skills in HR Management and Employee Benefits
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
