Intern - Talent AcquisitionLocation : Magarpatta City, PuneDuration : 6 monthsStipend : 15000 / monthKey Responsibilities : - Entry-Level & Fresher Hiring : Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates for entry-level positions across various functions.- Campus Recruitment : - Collaborate with the team to plan and execute campus hiring drives at various colleges and universities.- Network with placement officers and build relationships with academic institutions.- Coordinate pre-placement talks, written assessments, group discussions, and interviews during campus hiring events.- Maintain a calendar for campus visits and ensure smooth execution of all activities.- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals.Requirements : - Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.- Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
