Job descriptionEngage with potential clients to understand their project needs and technical requirements Present the features, benefits, and technical strengths of Manufacto’s aluminium formwork solutions Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and technical submittals Prepare and present detailed commercial proposals, BOQs, and quotations Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment conditions in alignment with company policies Follow through on deal closures while maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics Liaise with the design, engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure successful project execution Support smooth transition from sale to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project pipelines using CRM tools Provide regular updates, sales forecasts, and strategic insights to the senior management Monitor competitor offerings, pricing trends, and industry developments to refine sales approach Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent MBA in Marketing or Business Development is a plus Experience : Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in sales of construction equipment, aluminium formwork, or related civil infrastructure solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities Technical understanding of aluminium formwork systems and construction methodologies Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of regional targets High levels of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation Willingness to travel frequently across project sites and client offices within the region. Role description :
The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry, and driving sales of aluminium formwork systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the construction sector and possess strong commercial, technical, and interpersonal skills.
This is a strategic and client-facing role that requires a deep understanding of construction processes, aluminium formwork applications, and sales cycle management.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify prospective clients including developers, contractors, and EPC companies
- Actively generate leads through networking, site visits, cold calling, and participation in industry events
- Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies aligned with company goals
