Mantras2success Consultants is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team, specializing in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. This role is open to freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the recruitment field. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, applying recruitment best practices, building strong relationships, and coordinating with various stakeholders to help the company achieve its recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening : Source and screen candidate resumes and job applications efficiently to identify suitable talent for various roles.
- Recruiting Best Practices : Apply HR recruiting best practices throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle to ensure a fair and effective process.
- Candidate Relationship Management : Build influential and lasting candidate relationships during the selection process, providing a positive experience.
- Coordination : Coordinate effectively with clients, candidates, and the internal team to ensure smooth communication and process flow.
- Target Achievement : Actively contribute to helping the company in achieving its recruitment targets .
Required Candidate Profile
Educational Background : Should be from an engineering background (preferred but not mandatory) .Language Skills : Should have good English skills (Both Oral & Written) .Enthusiasm : A strong desire to learn and build a career in recruitment.Interpersonal Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with diverse candidates and stakeholders.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Engineering background preferred.Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not mandatory.Skills Required
