Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs, especially for field and regional roles.
- Source talent through job portals, referrals, social media, and local outreach programs.
- Drive volume hiring in rural and semi-urban markets for loan officers, branch managers, and support staff.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for bulk hiring drives and campus engagements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and reduce TAT in recruitment processes.
- Maintain hiring dashboards, recruitment metrics, and compliance with internal policies.
- Participate in employer branding activities aligned with the values of financial inclusion and social impact.
Requirements :
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or relevant field.Experience in BFSI or microfinance hiring is preferred.Strong stakeholder management and field-level hiring exposure.Comfortable traveling to branch locations for hiring needs.Proficiency in local languages will be an added advantage.Skills Required
