We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the job market context of India and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates using various online channels and job portals
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate qualifications
- Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all candidate information is up-to-date
- Prepare and present job offers to successful candidates
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment in the Indian job market contextStrong knowledge of sourcing techniques and toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR softwareAbility to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneouslyExperience with end-to-end recruitment processKnowledge of relevant employment laws and regulationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsSkills Required
