& responsibilities :

• Manage Sales team, Follow-up, Closures. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Set individual sales targets with sales team.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
• Encourage team for site visits & closures.
• Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics on the Minimum 4-8years of experience.
• Full understanding of the real estate transaction practices.
• Exposure and experience in dealing with Noida Developers.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication skills.
