Driven Properties India, the Hyderabad branch of one of Dubai’s most respected real estate firms, is expanding aggressively into the Indian property market. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager / Team Lead to lead our Hyderabad real estate team.
This role is ideal for someone who can build a team from the ground up, onboard new projects from builders and developers, and drive revenue through structured sales strategies and leadership.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for :
Hiring and mentoring a high-performance sales team
Driving sales of residential and commercial projects in Hyderabad
Building strong relationships with local builders to onboard and promote new inventory
Aligning the team’s strategy with the overall growth plans of Driven India
This is a leadership opportunity for someone ready to take full ownership of the Hyderabad vertical at Driven Properties India.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate advisors
Set sales targets (individual and team) and ensure daily performance
Conduct regular performance reviews, field coaching, and training sessions
Actively connect with developers across Hyderabad
Present Driven India’s value proposition to onboard new projects
Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers and builders
Lead key client discussions and closures
Create and implement sales strategies based on market trends and project pipeline
Guide clients through their purchase journey with professional advisory
Work closely with marketing and admin teams for seamless operations
Provide marketing teams with project inputs and lead feedback to optimize campaigns
Qualifications & Experience
8+ years of real estate sales experience in Hyderabad
5+ years in a managerial or team lead role
Strong network with builders and experience in project onboarding
Proven track record in team leadership and high-ticket property sales
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Fluency in English; knowledge of Telugu / Hindi is a bonus
Bachelor’s degree preferred
