Flash Delivery is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead with 2–6 years of experience in franchise sales, particularly in the UK market . As the Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious franchise sales targets while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities

- Team Development : Provide training, guidance, and regular feedback to team members to enhance their skills, performance, and career growth.
- Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and regions for franchise expansion within the UK.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with franchise partners, ensuring mutual success.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor individual and team performance metrics, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to streamline franchise onboarding and ongoing support.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience : 2–6 years of sales experience, with a mandatory background in the UK market .
