Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Sales Team Leader

to lead and motivate our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional client service. This role includes overseeing daily operations, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market growth and increase revenue.

Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set objectives, and provide coaching.

Monitor team performance using key metrics and provide actionable feedback to improve productivity.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment.

Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and other key stakeholders.

Address and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in the

real estate industry

is

mandatory .

Strong understanding of real estate markets, regulations, and industry best practices.

Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
