- Business planning, forecasting and development of go-to-market strategy / plan
- Understanding trends and competition review to enhance business opportunity through prospective clients.
- Evaluating new opportunities to ensure focus on the best opportunities
- Leadership and direction for continuous growth and development of business
- Strategic planning, budgeting, and business forecasting for the region
- Creating a strategy for maximizing market share
- Target allocation to the teams; client mapping and making strategy accordingly.
Business development
Developing and managing relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.Conduct regular research on existing and prospective clients for an in-depth analysis of their businesses and associated needs.Ability to create and develop briefs, proposals, and presentations to ensure conversion of opportunities to business.Process management
