ERP (SLCM) Implementation Project Manager

Purpose of Role

International Schools Partnership (ISP) are currently looking for a ERP implementation specialist to join our truly international Technology team and support our continued growth. The ideal candidate would be responsible for the Implementation of the SLCM ERP – ISAMS across our current schools in India and South-east Asia.

Location : Bengaluru, India.

Key Duties And Areas Of Responsibility

• Lead the migration process from the current ERP systems to the iSAMS platform, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout the transition.
• Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather and document business requirements for the ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Support and iSAMS within India, ensuring all the ERP modules are used efficiently and effectively.
• Assist with continuous training and development for key iSAMS champions at the school.
• Lead on embedding of best practices for iSAMS usage.
• Project manage all iSAMS implementations, within India

Skills, Qualifications And Experience

Minimum Educational Qualifications Required for the Role

Any Bachelor's Degree level within IT or relevant professional

Qualifications In Field

Minimum Years of Experience Required

At least 5yrs work experience with min 2 year in a project management role in SLM / ERP Implementation (preferably in K12 education sector)

Language Skills

Fluency in English is a must

Skills And Abilities

Willingness to travel. Estimated to be 50% of travel during of Implementation projects.
