About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Vistex IP and DMP Technical Subject Matter Expert to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Vistex solutions integrated within our SAP S / 4HANA landscape. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in IP (Incentive Processing) and DMP (Data Maintenance Pricing), coupled with strong business process knowledge in Pricing, Rebates, Billbacks, Deals, and Gross-to-Net management. This role demands hands-on technical leadership, the ability to work in complex and diverse environments, and the capability to translate intricate business requirements into scalable, high-performance Vistex solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Design & Configuration :
- Lead end-to-end technical solutioning for SAP Vistex IP and DMP modules, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S / 4HANA and related ERP systems.
- Configure and enhance Vistex functionalities for Deals, Rebates, IP Rebates, Billbacks, DMR (Data Maintenance Rebates), and Gross-to-Net processing.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Design scalable, secure, and optimized solutions to handle large volumes of pricing, rebate, and settlement transactions.
Integration & Architecture :
Drive Order-to-Cash process integration between Vistex and core SAP modules (SD, MM, FI-CO).Ensure smooth integration between Vistex pricing and rebate modules with external systems such as CRM, EDI, and partner platforms.Collaborate with enterprise architects to define best practices for VistexS / 4HANA integration.Technical Leadership & Development :
Provide SME-level guidance to internal and vendor development teams on Vistex BAdIs, enhancements, and user exits.Work on custom ABAP developments within Vistex, including pricing routines, condition record automation, and settlement processing.Optimize system performance through code reviews, debugging, and batch job tuning.Stakeholder & Project Management :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Compliance, Finance, Sales) to ensure solution alignment.Manage full project lifecyclerequirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, providing clear recommendations and status updates.Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement :
Lead unit testing, integration testing, and UAT for Vistex enhancements and implementations.Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive measures.Identify opportunities to leverage automation in pricing and rebate management processes.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum 57 years in SAP and Vistex design, configuration, and deployment.Vistex Expertise : Deep hands-on experience with IP, DMP, DMR, Deals, Rebates, Billbacks, and related pricing structures.ERP Integration : Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash workflows, ERP pricing architecture, and S / 4HANA integration.Technical Skills :
ABAP debugging and custom enhancement experience in Vistex.Familiarity with BAPIs, BADIs, IDocs, RFCs, and middleware integration.Experience with Fiori apps related to pricing and rebate management.Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex rebate and pricing structures, assess risks, and provide data-driven solutions.Soft Skills : Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.Mindset : Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.Preferred Qualifications :
SAP S / 4HANA certification in Sales and Distribution or related modules.Prior experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing industries with complex rebate programs.Exposure to SAP BRIM or similar revenue management solutions.Knowledge of data migration strategies and cutover planning for Vistex implementations.(ref : hirist.tech)
