About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution across SAP implementations and transformations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP technologies and enterprise project management, with a proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and tight timelines.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT Responsibilities Planning & Execution :

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
  • Monitor and track progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution from initiation to closure across SAP Management :
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and technical teams.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings with sponsors, executives, and teams to communicate updates and manage expectations.
  • Ensure that all stakeholder requirements are captured, understood, and effectively Leadership & Collaboration :
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (including SAP functional and technical consultants, developers,

and business analysts).

  • Ensure alignment of project goals, roles, and responsibilities across departments.
  • Promote collaboration and maintain a positive team dynamic throughout the project & Issue Management :
  • Identify potential project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early.
  • Develop risk mitigation plans and resolve issues proactively to minimize impact on project timelines.
  • Maintain issue logs and escalate critical concerns to leadership as & Resource Management :
  • Manage project financials, including estimation, budgeting, and cost tracking.
  • Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Track utilization and performance of internal and external & Skills :
  • 8- 10+ years of project management experience in SAP implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.) and how they interconnect in

    • enterprise environments.

  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in matrix environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management :
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise SAP rollouts or global implementations.
  • Familiarity with SAP S / 4HANA projects is a plus.
