Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Kronos Project Manager to lead and oversee the implementation, upgrade, and optimization of Kronos (UKG) solutions, including Workforce Central (WFC), Workforce Dimensions (WFD), or UKG Ready. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of Kronos solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end Kronos project implementations (WFC / WFD / UKG Ready)
- Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams, vendors, and third-party partners
- Act as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams
- Conduct risk assessment and proactively manage issues and escalations
- Ensure project delivery within budget and time constraints
- Support UAT, training, and change management activities
- Maintain documentation for project governance and compliance
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous Skills & Experience :
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Kronos (UKG) implementation or support projects
- Strong understanding of Kronos modules like Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Absence Management, Attestation
- Familiarity with integration of Kronos with HR / Payroll systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
- Hands-on experience managing cloud-based UKG solutions (WFD or UKG Ready) is a plus
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- PMP / Prince2 or Agile certification (preferred but not mandatory)
