• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, and event agencies.
• Lead business development initiatives, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Mentor and manage the sales team to deliver consistent results.
• Represent Moonstone Hammock at corporate forums, industry exhibitions, and networking events.What We’re Looking For :
• Proven B2B sales expertise with a strong track record.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Hospitality, events, or travel industry background is a big plus.
