Job Corporate Sales Manager - EB Sales will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and managing key client relationships within the employee benefits segment.
This role requires a strong understanding of various employee benefits products (e.g., group health insurance, group term life, group personal accident, superannuation, gratuity, voluntary benefits), excellent consultative selling skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for building long-term client partnerships and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
Key Business Development :
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients for employee benefits solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis with prospective clients to understand their current employee benefits landscape, challenges, and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to C-suite executives, HR heads, and key decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and adherence to company Relationship Management :
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on employee benefits trends, regulatory changes, and optimal plan design.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement, timely service, and effective issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional benefits products and Intelligence & Product Knowledge :
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, market dynamics, and regulatory developments
in the employee benefits space.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's full suite of employee benefits products and services.Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on client needs and market Operations & Reporting :Manage sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, operations, claims, service) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service Master of Business Administration (MBA) is mandatory.Experience : 4-6 years of progressive experience in corporate sales, with a significant focus on Employee Benefits (EB) sales within the insurance, brokerage, or financial services industry.
Domain Expertise : Proven understanding of various employee benefits products, their features, benefits, and market positioning.
Sales Track Record : Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
