Job Description : Industrial Presales Support Manager

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Industrial presales support Manager

to join our dynamic procurement team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for presales support for handling a wide range of Electrical products Transformers, Inductors, SCVS, SVR, Iso XMR with cubicle, PDU, ACDB, IDC, LT panels, Battery etc. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality Electrical components to support our company's growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• . Offering support for presales with competitive costs for Magnetics / Buyout / Battery
• . Experience and proven track record of commodity handling for Magnetics, Buyout, Battery.
• . Experience min 8-10 years in similar field.
• . Exposure about India landscape and Suppliers footprint in Electrical Commodity.
• . Preferably work in a project-based business environment.
• . Preferably work under High mix low volume business environment.
• . Global mindset with strong local knowledge.
• . Conduct market research and analysis to identify and qualify potential suppliers.
• . Develop and implement competitive sourcing strategies, benchmarking, including e-sourcing ,e-RFQs, negotiations, and contract awards.
• . Identify and evaluate new technologies and suppliers to ensure a competitive advantage.
• . Supplier Relationship Management.
• . Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers....
• . Cost Management.
• . Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives, such as value engineering and supplier consolidation, Resourcing.
• . Track and analyze commodity prices and market trends.
• . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product , engineering, operations, logistics) to optimize the supply chain.
• . Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs..
• . Integrate sustainability considerations into all sourcing decisions.
• . Work with suppliers to promote responsible sourcing practices and reduce environmental impact.
• . Data Analysis and Reporting.
• . Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost, quality, and delivery etc.
• . Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities and performance.
