Role & Responsibilities :
- Schedule interviews based on the availability of candidates and interviewers, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage the overall scheduling process.
- Follow up with hiring managers post-interview to collect feedback.
- Ensure timely closure of feedback on the recruitment tool.
- Provide candidates with follow-up correspondence regarding feedback status via email when necessary.
- Educate clients about the recruiting process and the various roles involved.
- Assist in coordinating other recruiting activities as needed.
- Manage internal stakeholder communication and expectations effectively.
- Meet assigned monthly targets and metrics.
- Responsibly address and respond to emails within defined timelines.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and documentation accurately.
- Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience managing stakeholders will be beneficial.
- Possess basic Excel skills for maintaining records and trackers.
- Be flexible to work on weekends depending on the volume of work.
- Willingness to travel within Accenture facilities if required.
- Manage email communications professionally and promptly.
