Sourcing Engineer

Coordinate with global teams, including Wanzl Germany and WAPS (Wanzl Asia Pacific Sourcing)

Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers and vendors to support shop fit product development.

Visit vendors and manufacturing sites for product development, quality audits, and process improvements

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost reduction targets while maintaining quality an delivery standard.

Drive cost optimization initiatives through value engineering, alternate sourcing, and procss

improvemets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, logistics, tc.)

Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and compliance with company stanards.

Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and emerging technologies relevant to sourcng and procrement.

Prepare and maintain sourcing documentation, reports, and records for managemen review.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all sourcing.
