- Setting up procurement function at ACA
- Manage day to day Procurement operations including processes and procedures
- Sourcing- Facilitate purchases from outside suppliers
- Negotiating purchase agreements
- Contract Management
- Vendor Management (right from vendor sourcing to set-up in workday)
- Supplier relationship management (negotiate payment terms, resolve disputes)
- Spend management
- Ad Hoc projects and tasks as required
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practice
- Analyzing and evaluating supplier performance
- Ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulations
- Planning, creating, and processing timely requisitions and purchase orders
- Answer questions from all levels within the Company and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Managing daily, monthly and quarterly reports
- Audit daily processing queue
- Coordinating with other departments
- Risk Management / Prioritization
Required Education and Experience : Minimum of 10+ years relevant experience in Procurement-Vendor Management, Sourcing & Contracts
