You’ll be the bridge between our users, our sales funnel, and our product team… helping us shape how sharpely grows. If you’re someone who enjoys conversations, problem-solving, and thinking like a business owner, this role gives you a front-row seat to product development, growth, and customer success, all at once! What You’ll Be Doing Be the first point of contact for users : guiding them, solving queries, and ensuring every sharpely user has a delightful experience. Understand the product deeply and communicate its value to new users and potential clients. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through thoughtful conversations… helping convert initial interest into high-intent prospects. Capture user insights and feedback to share with the product and marketing teams. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to identify patterns and opportunities that drive stronger long-term lead conversion. Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement, onboarding flows, and support documentation as we scale.
