Key Responsibilities :

PoSP Recruitment & Onboarding :

Hire new PoSPs to associate with the company and bring in new customers for insurance products.

Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of PoSPs, providing them with necessary product knowledge and tools to succeed.

Training & Development :

Provide training to all PoSPs on the various products offered by the company, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell and support customers.

Keep PoSPs updated on new products, regulatory changes, and market trends.

Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with PoSPs, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with business goals.

Engage with PoSPs regularly to help them explore new avenues for income generation and business development.

Collaboration with Insurers :

Work closely with insurers to ensure smooth business operations and address any queries or issues raised by PoSPs.

Coordinate with insurers to ensure PoSPs receive the necessary support and information to sell effectively.

Achieving Business Goals :

Ensure the PoSPs meet or exceed sales targets and business objectives set by the company.

Monitor PoSP performance and provide guidance and motivation to drive business growth.

Sales Support & Coordination :

Collaborate with the sales support and backend teams to ensure smooth functioning of the PoSP onboarding and operational processes.

Ensure that all processes and systems are working efficiently to support PoSPs.

Market & Regulatory Awareness :

Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry news to inform business strategies and PoSP engagement.

Ensure PoSPs are compliant with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Policy Compliance :

Ensure PoSPs adhere to the company policies and guidelines at all times.

Regularly review policies with PoSPs to ensure alignment with company standards.
