Role Overview :
As a Sales manager you will be responsible for driving residential solar sales by building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and enabling adoption of rooftop solar systems. This role involves direct sales, lead management, and customer engagement, contributing directly to SolarSquares growth in the residential solar market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build business by organizing sales visits for existing leads and identifying new prospects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Sell solar solutions by establishing contact, understanding requirements, and recommending suitable offerings.
- Maintain client relationships by providing timely support, information, and guidance.
- Manage the sales process effectively through CRM and other software tools.
- Explore new business opportunities through channels and partnerships.
Shared Responsibilities :
Support on-ground marketing events and awareness activities.Build and maintain an updated CRM database.Actively participate in sales team meetings and reviews.Eligibility Criteria :
