Role :
Planning & budgeting : D eveloping the annual plan including budget & ROI. Monitor funds utilization with respect to fulfilment of initiatives
Corporate Branding :
- Support in defining the ADH corporate brand and the functions
- Ensure long term brand objectives are kept in focus financial health, alignment with company's vision and objectives.
- Support Heads of various verticals and Marketing personnel in effectively positioning / launching individual business brands and developing their marketing strategies and programs around the analyzed customer information
- Maintain the Company presence on Social Media like Facebook & Twitter and also the company websites.
- Prepare the annual media calendar for radio channels and television
- Ensure adherence to defined brand guidelines (branding layout & display, media preference, media buying / planning norms)
- Communicate all group entities to have ADH branding policies enforced in their branding activities
- Ensure ADH as a brand is portrayed in a standard & uniform format.

Develop a strong integrated Brand & Communications team. Ensure best practices in the development of Branding programs including the writing and sharing of strong creative briefs that will result in creative communications that are on strategy, on brand, and on deadline.Executing variety of communications tools : print advertising, public relations, visual merchandising, direct marketing, strategic partnerships, events marketing, on-line, viral marketing, cause-related, local / community initiatives. Trade shows : Provide support for trade show participation and efforts. Leads in show selection, evaluation, literature, videos, and booth arrangements.Preparation of all brand presentations & report submission.Coordinate with different units and departments for coordinating the smooth run of events & activities.Coordinate with vendors and unit in charges for new sites external signages.Planning new activates through which we collect database & customer engagement.Skills Required
