Senior Associate / Assistant Manager- Middle Mile

Job description

Key Deliverables :

Drive strategic planning, performance tracking, and review systems in the Middle Mile logistics function
Lead cost-reduction and performance-improvement initiatives across the logistics value chain
Collaborate with functional leaders and vendors to optimize fulfillment and 3PL logistics processes
Solve critical 0–1 business problems and scale solutions for 10X impact

Role Responsibilities :

Partner with the GM to design and enhance operational systems and frameworks

Prioritize key logistics challenges and lead cross-functional execution

Implement insights to streamline processes and reduce cost

Manage vendor relations and ensure process adherence across supply chain stakeholders
