Responsibility : Food & Beverages division. (including Liquor) + Rooms Division (Hotel) + Banquet hall

Role Overview :

The General Manager (F&B & Rooms) will be responsible for overseeing the entire Food & Beverage operations and hotel rooms division and to ensure that all units are run efficiently. The role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and business acumen to ensure high-quality guest experiences, cost control, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

Food & Beverage Operations :

  • Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus and promotions to increase revenue.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, safety, and hygiene standards.

Rooms Division Management :

  • Manage room reservations, housekeeping, front office, and guest services.
  • Ensure maximum occupancy, yield management, and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain rooms and amenities to high-quality standards.
  • Supervise housekeeping and maintenance to ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
  • Upkeep of room in all respect include internet and other gaming tools
  • Leadership & People Management :

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team across F&B and rooms operations.
  • Implement SOPs and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work culture.
  • Financial & Business Management :

  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, P&L statements, and forecasts.
  • Achieve revenue, profitability, and cost-control targets.
  • Identify business opportunities to increase revenue streams.
  • Customer Experience & Relationship Management :

  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with regular customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Implement guest feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain liaison with 3rd party booking platform
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's / Master degree in Hotel Management or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • 10–15 years of experience in F&B and hotel operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, hotel rooms management, Liquor service and compliance requirements there to, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently.
  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail.
