Responsibility : Food & Beverages division. (including Liquor) + Rooms Division (Hotel) + Banquet hall
Role Overview :
The General Manager (F&B & Rooms) will be responsible for overseeing the entire Food & Beverage operations and hotel rooms division and to ensure that all units are run efficiently. The role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and business acumen to ensure high-quality guest experiences, cost control, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
Food & Beverage Operations :
- Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering.
- Develop and implement innovative menus and promotions to increase revenue.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, safety, and hygiene standards.
Rooms Division Management :
Manage room reservations, housekeeping, front office, and guest services.Ensure maximum occupancy, yield management, and guest satisfaction.Maintain rooms and amenities to high-quality standards.Supervise housekeeping and maintenance to ensure cleanliness and upkeep.Upkeep of room in all respect include internet and other gaming toolsLeadership & People Management :
Lead, train, and motivate a team across F&B and rooms operations.Implement SOPs and ensure consistent service delivery.Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work culture.Financial & Business Management :
Prepare and manage departmental budgets, P&L statements, and forecasts.Achieve revenue, profitability, and cost-control targets.Identify business opportunities to increase revenue streams.Customer Experience & Relationship Management :
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.Build strong relationships with regular customers, vendors, and partners.Implement guest feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.Maintain liaison with 3rd party booking platformQualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's / Master degree in Hotel Management or equivalent; MBA preferred.10–15 years of experience in F&B and hotel operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of F&B operations, hotel rooms management, Liquor service and compliance requirements there to, budgeting, and cost control.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently.Hands-on approach with attention to detail.Perks & Benefits :
