We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Infinity Wireless . This role is designed for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about promoting innovative wireless lifestyle products, including Bluetooth earbuds, portable speakers, USB‑C chargers, and power banks.
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing brand visibility, and establishing strong relationships with both individual consumers and business clients. You will effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products, such as high-quality audio, Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity, fast charging capabilities, and sleek, stylish designs.
This role requires excellent presentation and negotiation skills, strong familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce tools, and the ability to use POS systems efficiently. You will also be responsible for reporting sales performance, providing market feedback, and contributing to overall marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Execution : Identify and acquire new customers in Coimbatore for Infinity Wireless products, including B2C and B2B clients.
- Product Promotion : Communicate product features, specifications, and benefits clearly to customers, emphasizing wireless audio quality, charging technology, and design features.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with consumers, retailers, distributors, and other business partners.
- Marketing Support : Assist in digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and product launches to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Lead Generation : Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and target potential customers effectively.
- Presentation & Demonstration : Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product functionality and competitive advantages.
- Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM systems and POS tools.
- Negotiation & Closing : Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close deals, achieve targets, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide market insights, customer feedback, and suggestions for product improvements.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor individual sales performance and contribute to team goals, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field .Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and / or marketing; 1–5 years preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .Familiarity with digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and CRM systems .Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with team members.Tech-savvy, with an understanding of wireless audio devices, chargers, and consumer electronics.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
