Key Responsibilities :

  • POSP Agent Management : Manage a team of POSP agents, providing guidance and support in selling insurance products.
  • Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Monitoring : Track and evaluate agent performance, offering feedback and support to ensure targets are met.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting : Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and generate regular reports.
  • Recruitment & Business Expansion : Travel to neighboring districts to recruit new POSP agents and expand the business network.
  • Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure business growth and long-term success.
  • Training & Development : Provide training to agents on insurance products and sales techniques to improve team performance.
  • Compliance & Regulations : Ensure all sales activities are compliant with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Any Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in sales and insurance .
  • Proven track record in managing and growing a sales team in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze sales data and trends.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on business growth.
  • Willingness to travel for recruitment and business development activities.
