Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive with a strong

background in EMS / electronics manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

generating leads, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and

supporting brand growth—both in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs / ODMs in India and

abroad.

  • Generate and qualify leads through online / offline channels, industry expos, and

    • professional networks.

  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry

    • events.

  • Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses,

    • proposals, and client presentations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Drive digital presence via and other B2B platforms with marketing content

    • and campaigns.Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related

    • field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of marketing / sales experience in the EMS or electronics

    • manufacturing industry.

  • Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build

    • services.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using , CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.

  • Existing network of contacts in OEM / ODM industries (Automotive, Industrial,

    • Consumer Electronics, etc.)

  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Passionate about electronics and product development.
