Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent site maintenance, cleanliness, and branding standards across all project locations
- Assist in planning, setting up, and executing marketing campaigns and launch events on-site
- Manage and control banquet / event-related inventory and collateral stock (brochures, flyers, standees) at project sites
- Provide support for outdoor marketing activities including branding, hoardings, and direction boards
- Oversee Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities to drive impactful on-ground visibility for assigned projects
- Coordinate with vendors for timely execution of site-related and outdoor marketing work
- Track marketing expenditures, maintain billing records, and ensure adherence to allocated budgets
- Manage salvage and asset recovery processes after events or campaigns
- Monitor marketing performance at project sites and report key insights to management
- Supervise onsite manpower including security and housekeeping teams
- Conduct periodic competitor analysis and market research to identify industry trends and rival activities
