About the Role :
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition- Manager to join our growing team in Hyderabad.
In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, primarily supporting W2 (US staffing) hiring across both IT and Non-IT domains.

Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of IT and Non-IT positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
- Focus on W2 (US staffing) hiring models.
- Utilize various sourcing platforms including LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline Minimum 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles.
- Hands-on experience managing at least 70% W2 roles (US staffing) is required.
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and technologies.
- Excellent sourcing skills across multiple platforms and social channels.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience with ATS and CRM tools.
- Awareness of current recruitment and technology market trends
