Events Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai India. As an Events Manager you will be responsible for planning organizing and executing a wide range of corporate and social events ensuring client satisfaction and achieving business goals.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
• Create and manage event budgets timelines and logistics plans
• Coordinate all aspects of event planning including venue selection catering entertainment and audiovisual requirements
• Conduct site visits and pre-event meetings to ensure all details are addressed
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible terms
• Oversee on-site event operations and manage staff to ensure smooth execution
• Develop and implement innovative event concepts and themes
• Analyze post-event data and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new ideas into event planning
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all events
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and maximize attendance
