End-to-End Event Logistics Management : Own complete operational execution for all trade shows globally to ensure flawless on-ground delivery.Event Experience Management - Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Experience team to plan and drive production of event experience related collateral and material.Vendor & Supplier Management : Negotiate and manage relationships with event vendors, booth builders, logistics partners, and service providers across multiple countries to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost optimization.Logistics Coordination : Manage all cross-border shipments, customs clearance, local storage and reverse logistics while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.Team Travel & Operations : Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements for marketing and business teams including flights, accommodations, visas, ground transportation, and on-site support to ensure seamless team experience at each event.Budget Management & Stakeholder Alignment : Control event budgets, track spending against forecasts, and work closely with marketing and business leaders to align on priorities, ensure cost efficiency, and provide transparent reporting on event investments.Cross-Functional Team Leadership : Lead a team of direct reports while collaborating with marketing, design, sales, product, and finance teams to ensure coordinated event strategy, timely execution, and achievement of business objectives at each trade show.Skills Required
