Role Summary.
- Lead the global HR Operations function that powers endto-end teammate lifecycle processes across regions.
- You will own service delivery, data governance, and HRIS-enabled automation, while building a highperforming team that delivers accurate, timely, and insightrich HR operations for business and HR stakeholders.
What youll do
Service Delivery and Process Excellence
Oversee dayto-day HR operations (hire-to-retire), including payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee recordsdriving standardization where possible and regionalization where required.Streamline workflows and eliminate NVAs; lead automation initiatives for recurring trackers / reports using Power Query and BI dashboards.Create and own a smart Quality Control (QC) framework for all BAU processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.Operate a ticketing / workflow system (e., Freshservice) to manage volumes, SLAs, and communications; partner with IT to enhance intake and autonotifications.Data Governance and HRIS
Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of HR data across systems and integrations; institute audit and errorprevention controls.Leverage HRIS (e., to its full potential for workflow, reporting, compliance, and lifecycle transactions.Own critical reports and analytics (headcount, movement, comp cycles, compliance), evolving manual outputs into automated, reusable BI assets.People Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop the HR Operations team; institute quality reviews, feedback cycles, and growth plans to sustain high performance.Foster a collaborative, serviceoriented culture that communicates clearly with HRBPs, finance, recruiting, and business leaders.Stakeholder Management and Compliance
Align HR Ops with enterprise priorities; translate business needs into operational plans, SLAs, and measurable outcomes.Ensure compliance with regional regulations and internal policy, coordinating timely documentation, reporting, and audits.Continuous Improvement and Projects
Lead process assessments and Kaizenstyle improvements; pilot and scale new capabilities (e., Freshservice phases, Power BI automation).Partner on HRMS enhancements (requirements, UAT, golive), ensuring stable, scalable operations and strong change management.What youll bring
10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years recent handson HR Operations leadership in a multiregion environment.High attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication; excellent organizational and stakeholder skills.Proven ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple, parallel projects under pressure while maintaining accuracy.Demonstrated ownership and accountability; flexibility to support extended / variable hours when business or client needs demand.Strength in RCA and escalation management; experience instituting quality checks and errorreduction mechanisms.Practical fluency in data toolsPower Query and BI dashboardingfor automating reports and deriving insights.Experience driving efficiency via workflow tools / ticketing systems (e., Freshservice) and automation.HRIS exposure to : Workday, PeopleSoft, UKG, SAP, ADP, Darwinbox, ServiceNow (or equivalents).(ref : iimjobs.com)
