Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR & IR Assistant Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and industrial relations, including recruitment, compliance with labor laws, and benefits administration.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment : Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Labour Laws and Compliance : Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. Manage all documentation and reporting related to labor laws, PF (Provident Fund) , and ESI (Employee State Insurance) .
  • Employee Benefits : Administer employee benefits programs, including PF and ESI , and provide guidance to employees on how to utilize their benefits.
  • Performance Management : Implement performance management processes, including appraisals and goal setting. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers for performance improvement.
  • Training and Development : Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to support employee growth and engagement.
  • Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management and regulatory authorities.

Skills Required

  • Experience in a similar HR and Industrial Relations role.
  • Proficiency in overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in managing documentation and reporting for compliance, PF , and ESI .
  • The ability to administer employee benefits programs.
  • Experience in implementing performance management processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
