Job description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Customer Care team for both inbound and outbound processes . This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who are looking to build a career in customer service. The role requires good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi .

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions through both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products or services.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualification : HSC or any graduate / undergraduate.
  • Experience : Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Communication : Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi are required, with an average understanding of English.
  • Location : The role is Work From Office in Airoli and Kasarvadavali, Thane .
  • Work Schedule : Day Shift with rotational week off.
  • Compensation & Interview Process

  • Salary : ₹14,000 to ₹20,000 in-hand, plus incentives.
