Black And White Business Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter - Fresher to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills and a basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process . You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, contributing directly to our talent acquisition efforts.
Must-Have Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills : Ability to effectively interact with candidates and clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process : Foundational knowledge of all stages of recruitment, including candidate sourcing, initial screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools : Proficiency in using applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to navigate job portals and use the internet for research : Competence in utilizing various online platforms and search engines for candidate sourcing and information gathering.
- Strong organizational and time management skills : Capability to efficiently handle multiple candidates and recruitment tasks, ensuring timely completion.
Good to Have Skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment management tools.Ability to resolve candidate or client issues effectively and offer proactive solutions.Roles and Responsibilities
Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on specific company requirements and job descriptions.Screening the candidate's resumes thoroughly and contacting relevant candidates for initial discussions.Assess knowledge, communication skills, aptitude, and experience of applicants during initial screening calls.Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company and ensuring smooth coordination.Demonstrate a strong work ethic and sense of commitment towards achieving recruitment goals.Utilize excellent communication skills (oral and written) for all recruitment interactions.Possess the ability to research and understand specific business processes to better align candidates with roles.Perform end-to-end recruitment tasks and utilize essential computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, etc.) effectively.Qualification
