Key Responsibilities :
- Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads.
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic / video / in-person).
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on interview feedback.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment reports and analytics for management review.
- Represent the company at job fairs and campus drives, as needed.
- Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.Familiarity with various job boards and professional networks.Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws (basic level).Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.Skills Required
