🚨We’re Hiring : Business Development Trainee

📍Location : Andheri, Mumbai (On-site)

🧾Experience : 0-6 Month Exp | Full-time

At Nap Chief , we’re on a mission to make kid wear fun, functional, and full of personality. As a fast-growing D2C brand, we create premium, super-soft clothing that kids love and parents trust. We're now looking for a Business Development Associate to help us scale across leading marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra , and more someone who’s passionate about marketing, data, and driving growth.

🔍Key Responsibilities

• Support leadership in executing high-priority business development tasks and strategic projects.
• Conduct research on markets, competitors, and new opportunities to aid planning and decisions.
• Create presentations, reports, and documents using Canva, AI tools, and productivity software.
• Maintain organized trackers, SOPs, and documents for ongoing initiatives.
• Assist in managing partnerships, collaborations, and negotiations.
• Ensure timely follow-through on action items, team dependencies, and meeting reminders.
• Provide logical inputs and critical thinking support to solve business challenges.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and take ownership of ad-hoc requirements.
• Maintain high levels of consistency, persistence, and accountability in all deliverables.
