We're now looking for a Business Development Associate to help us scale across leading marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra , and more someone who’s passionate about marketing, data, and driving growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport leadership in executing high-priority business development tasks and strategic projects.Conduct research on markets, competitors, and new opportunities to aid planning and decisions.Create presentations, reports, and documents using Canva, AI tools, and productivity software.Maintain organized trackers, SOPs, and documents for ongoing initiatives.Assist in managing partnerships, collaborations, and negotiations.Ensure timely follow-through on action items, team dependencies, and meeting reminders.Provide logical inputs and critical thinking support to solve business challenges.Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and take ownership of ad-hoc requirements.Maintain high levels of consistency, persistence, and accountability in all deliverables.✅ What We’re LookingStrong critical thinking and logical reasoningSharp research and analytical abilityOrganization and documentation disciplineCuriosity, growth mindset, and eagerness to learnListening skills and adaptabilityPersistence, consistency, and follow-throughClear communication (verbal + written)Proficiency with tech tools (Canva, AI platforms, productivity apps, Sheets / Docs)Basic presentation and design senseProblem-solving orientationWhy Join Nap Chief?
