We are looking for a
Sales and Technical Manager (Biostimulants)
to manage one assigned
territory in Madhya Pradesh . The role combines commercial leadership with strong agronomic and technical skills — focusing on achieving sales growth, expanding distribution, and increasing farmer adoption of Biolchim’s biostimulant range.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed
sales and collection targets
for the assigned territory within Madhya Pradesh.
Develop and strengthen the
distributor, dealer, and retailer network
for Biolchim’s biostimulant portfolio.
Plan and execute
territory-wise business plans
including crop programs, product demos, and field promotions.
Conduct
on-field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and field days
to drive awareness and sales.
Ensure
primary and secondary sales growth , product visibility, and effective stock movement.
Provide
technical guidance
to channel partners and farmers for correct product application and timing.
Build
ROI-based crop success stories
showcasing Biolchim’s field performance.
Monitor
products, pricing, and market activities
to support local strategy.
Submit
weekly reports, sales forecasts, and market insights
to management.
Candidate Profile
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in
Agriculture, Agronomy, or Horticulture .
3–8 years
of experience in
biostimulant or specialty fertilizer sales .
Strong territory management and channel development skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation ability.
Willing to
travel extensively within assigned territory in Madhya Pradesh .
