We are hiring a Territory Sales Manager for a confidential global technology company providing engineering simulation (CAE) and digital engineering solutions to automotive, aerospace, defence, and manufacturing clients.
This role will lead business development and key-account sales across North India , focusing on simulation, CAD, CAE, and automation software products.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal presales and technical teams to deliver high-impact solutions that address customer engineering challenges.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development and key-account management in the North region (Delhi / NCR / adjacent states).
- Meet customers to understand engineering problems and propose suitable simulation / automation solutions.
- Work with internal teams to prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy to drive profitable growth.
- Present software demonstrations and value-based proposals to enterprise customers.
- Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and CRM data accurately.
🧩 Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.7–10 years of experience in selling Mechanical Engineering Software Solutions (CAD / CAE / Simulation / PLM).Deep understanding of Automotive, Aerospace, and Defence sectors in North India.Hands-on experience in engineering software sales with proven track record in business development and revenue growth .Ability to map customer problems to simulation / automation solutions.Strong presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.Willingness for regional travel.🚀 Why Join
