Key Deliverables :

  • Grow and manage merchant network through targeted acquisition and service
  • Ensure brand visibility and drive participation in BTL events
  • Lead a team of BDEs / RTLs ensuring 100% staffing and performance improvement
  • Track ROI and ensure payout and NOC closure for frontline teams

Role Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market visits to meet merchants and resolve escalations
  • Facilitate hiring, onboarding, and coaching of sales teams
  • Monitor KPIs and drive team engagement through incentives
  • Share competition insights and execution quality with leadership
