Now, we’re looking for a Growth & SEO Marketing Lead to own our growth engine and turn Flowace into the go-to platform for SMBs worldwide.

What You’ll Own

This isn’t a “just manage SEO” role.

You’ll be the architect of our growth playbook, designing and running experiments that actually move the needle.

Crack SEO Like a Pro – Rank for competitive SaaS keywords, build backlinks, and grow organic traffic 2x+ in 6–9 months.

Turn Content Into Conversions – Transform blogs, case studies & guides into a funnel that attracts and converts.

Run Growth Experiments – Test hypotheses, measure impact, and scale what works.

Shape Our Story – Define messaging for IT services, BPO, KPO, and SMBs so our ICPs can’t ignore us.

Build Real-Time Dashboards – No vanity metrics — track traffic, signups, and trial → paid conversions that matter.

Lay the Paid Engine Foundation – Create the playbook for Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels when we flip the switch.

You’ll have a blank canvas, direct access to founders, and the freedom to experiment fast.

What We’re Looking For

3–6 years in growth or SEO roles (bonus if in B2B SaaS

• ).History of ranking competitive SaaS / productivity keyword
• s.Hands-on with technical SEO, GA4, Ahrefs / SEMrush, Hotjar, and funnel metric
• s.Fluent in PLG growth models (PQLs, MQL → SQL ratios, trial-to-paid
• ).Equal parts strategic thinker and execution machin
• e.Obsession with data, experiments, and growth loop
