We're hiring a data-driven Performance Marketer to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across diverse platforms, with a primary focus on driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon PPC, along with hands-on experience in B2B lead generation and scaling D2C brand sales . This role is vital for boosting customer acquisition, maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and accelerating revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising & Revenue Growth

• Plan, execute, and refine Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to maximize conversions.
• Manage Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and Flipkart Ads to increase product visibility and sales.
• Continuously test (A / B), segment audiences, and optimize bids for better performance.
• Monitor budgets, scale high-ROI campaigns, and ensure cost-effective advertising.
