Job description8 -12 years of relevant experience in Capital market, Mutual Fund, Equity broking industry & distribution houses into financial services Experience in loan against securities & exposure to digital lending process in loan against securities is preferred
Job Role :
Cluster Sales Manager - Loan Against Securities
Purpose of Job :
Managing / Driving Sales Managers & Responsible for cluster sales target achievement through partnership channels & self-sourcing.
Job Responsibilities :
- Build opportunity landscape, customer, market and competition insights & product strategy for a retail LAS business for the Cluster
- Achieve Budgeted business numbers as per business plan for the cluster
- Achievement of Channel Partner Empanelment target for the cluster
- Build team of BSM for the cluster as per the budget allocated
- Identify and build relationship with Channel Partners
- Collaboration & effective engagement with internal stakeholders (Product, Credit & Operations)
- Develop retail LAS product management skills for self & ensure team training
